Parents,
On Tuesday, your child will bring home two summer resource packets. The yellow packet has resources for reading and book titles for leveled books. You can use the information in the report card for your child's reading level to help when picking out just right books. Reading is the number one thing you should have your child do over the summer break. The other packet is blue and it is a review workbook.
There are several journals that your child will bring home. Not all of the journals are completed. Do not feel concerned if you see blank or incomplete pages. Please feel free to have your child work in those journals as well over the summer.

Fun Day, May 27th
Tuesday, May 27th is Fun Day.
We will participate in Fun Day after lunch. Please make sure your child comes prepared for Fun Day. Students need to wear comfortable clothes, socks, tennis shoes and sunscreen. Make sure your child comes to school with sunscreen already on their body. They can reapply sunscreen if needed, but they need to have it on to start the school day. They may bring a water bottle to take outside with them too.
**Don't forget to return library books as soon as possible.
