Spotlight/ cereal boxes

Landon is in our spotlight this week. The class enjoyed asking him questions about his items!

Eric is in our spotlight this week as well. We all enjoyed his show and tell items today!

These guys enjoyed art today- most of the boys made mustaches and beards. :)

Each child needs to bring in an empty cereal box this week or by Monday. The students are creating their very own "Boxed Set" book series during writer's workshop. They are writing several realistic fiction books to create a series. They are loving it!

Writer's Workshop/ Spotlight pictures

We started our new unit during Writer's Workshop this week.Take a look at the pictures. They used their clickers to guide them through the new type of writing- realistic nonfiction.

Spotlight- Abby and Alex are in the spotlight this week. The class really enjoyed their show and tell!
