First Grade Supply List/ Classroom Links

Hello Families!
Welcome to First Grade. I am looking forward to contacting each of you in the next few weeks to greet you and touch base about upcoming events. First grade is going to be so exciting for your child. I am sure some of the children are getting excited to start getting their school supplies. Here is the supply list for first grade.

You and your child may want to click the Symbaloo links on the left side. This link has many different websites that the students will be using throughout the school year.

Please feel free to have your child click on the Literacy Links, Math Links and "Project" Links.  The links are all appropriate for the students. I will talk more about Symbaloo at our Curriculum night on August 28th.

 2012-2013 SUPPLY LIST 

Please label with name ONLY the items with an asterisk *

1.  4 dozen pencils, please sharpen

2. *One- 4oz. washable school glue

3. *Eight LARGE  glue sticks, Elmer's preferred

4. *Pencil Box- Plastic, 8.25" x 5.25" x 2"

5. *One Pink Pearl Erasers

6. *2 boxes 24 count Crayola crayons

7. *Scissors 

8. *2 Box Kleenex

9. *1 roll paper towels

10.  Zipper Storage Bags 

     Girls-sandwich size, 50 ct. 

     Boys-gallon size, 20 ct.

11.  *1 Subject, Wide Rule, PURPLE, RED, and YELLOW spiral notebook

12.  *Disinfectant Clorox Wipes

13. *2 Boxes Crayola Markers, Classic Colors, 10/set

14. *Headphones or Ear buds (Headphones seem to work better in little ears!) 

15.  *ART shirt (from kindergarten)

16.  A pack of EXPO low odor dry erase markers- chisel tip  BLACK ONLY PLEASE

17. One 2-pack yellow highlighters

18. Two or three red pens

19.  A BLUE and GREEN 2 pocket folder

*In addition, The PTG will furnish 2 vinyl folders for each student
